Job: Swimming Teacher

we are looking to recruit a Swimming Teacher to join the Barnet Water Polo club Learn to swim program.
The Swimming Teacher would work alongside our lead Swimming Teacher to plan and deliver sessions.


Required hours:
-Friday 20:15-21:30          (Mill Hill School)
-Saturday 16:00-17:00     (Copthall Swimming Pool)
-Sunday 10:30am-01:30pm (Mill Hill School)

The hourly rate will be £20 and the successful candidate will be hired on a self-employed basis.

Qualifications/Experience

- Although a coaching qualification would be desirable, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered

The successful candidate will:

-Be experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic with a good track record of getting the best out of all swimmers in a positive environment.
-Have a Swimming Teacher certificate.
-Deliver training sessions, including evenings and weekends, according to a planned programme of Lessens.
-Attend meetings.
-Be approachable and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with the Club Officers, Committee Members, and all Disciplines within the Club. 
-Be organised and computer literate for admin tasks and communication within the Club.
-Communicate and behave always in a professional manner with Swimmers, parents, coaches, volunteers, club committee members, pool providers and staff and outside bodies.

Job: Water Polo Coach

we are looking to recruit a Water Polo coach to join the Barnet Water Polo club.
The Coach would work alongside our lead Water Polo Coach to plan and deliver sessions and attend matches where possible.
We have a men’s and Junior teams in the London Leagues. Our sessions are on Wednesday, Fridays and Weekend so we are ideally looking for a coach with experience playing/coaching Water Polo at a high level as well as managing groups of differing ability.

-Wednesday 20:15-21:30   (Mill Hill School)
-Saturday 16:00-17:00     (Copthall Swimming Pool)

-Have Land Training experience.
-Be committed to continuing professional development and keeping up to date with the latest Water polo coaching rules and practice -To ensure that all players can progress to their full potential.

-Deliver training sessions, including evenings and weekends, according to a planned programme of training.
-Attend meetings and competitions and leagues.
-Be approachable and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with the Club Officers, Committee Members, and all Disciplines within the Club. 
-Be organised and computer literate for admin tasks and communication within the Club.
-Communicate and behave always in a professional manner with players, parents, coaches, volunteers, club committee members, pool providers and staff and outside bodies.
